ship-help.comis operated by an authorized InXpress DHL eCommerce partner. We help e-commerce brands get a free, no-obligation analysis of their shipping costs. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy refer to the operators of ship-help.com.

2. What information we collect

When you submit the shipping analysis request form, we collect:

• First and last name
• Work email address
• Phone number
• Company or store name
• Website URL (optional)
• Monthly shipment volume
• Current primary shipping carrier

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any other sensitive personal data.

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Prepare and deliver your free shipping cost analysis
• Contact you to follow up on your request
• Send you a confirmation email acknowledging your submission
• Log your submission internally for our team's reference

• InXpress — the authorized shipping network that will prepare and deliver your analysis
• Resend — our transactional email provider, used solely to send confirmation and notification emails
• Google Sheets — used internally to log submissions for our team

We retain your submitted information for as long as necessary to fulfill your shipping analysis request and for a reasonable period thereafter for our business records. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at michael.hart@inxpress.com.

ship-help.com does not currently use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. We do not track your behavior across other websites.
